Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing info@catalystlashes.com. You may also DM us directly on Instagram @catalyst.lashes and we will do our best to assist you in a timely matter. 

We are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit or arrival. See Shipping Policy.

Please include your Order Number, details of the concern, and a photo if possible. Please note that Catalyst Lashes reserves the right to decline store credit, refund, or replacement requests submitted after the 15-day period from the date of receiving the order.

 

Cancellations or Changes

Once you have placed an order, we are unable to cancel. As a small business, our priority is to deliver our products to you as soon as possible. Changes such as correcting an address or applying discount codes will vary on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing.
